Attached is the Position Announcement. This can be sent to or used by you to inform Dr. Bell of what he needs to know to spread the word. I will work with Bobby on adding the information to the COSB list serve. I will go to the AER website and see what I can do to post the info there. I have visited ACB's website and, like you, could not find a place to post job openings. I would appreciate it is you would contact Linda Lyle for assistance. With these resources and the information we are sending to the Schools around the country, our search for qualified candidates is off to a good start Thank you, Bill From: Robin King Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2017 7:02 AM To: Bill Havenar Subject: information Good morning Bill, Here are some places that this job can be advertised. I emailed one of the Vice-presidents at APH and this is her reply: If you're looking for folks in the field, I'd start with the COSB listserv. I'd also include AER (I'm sure you've thought of that) and the two consumer organizations: NFB and ACB. Let me think on that more. It also might be helpful to talk to Linda Lyle to see where they advertised as theirs was a national search but they did not use a search firm. Bobby is a member of COSB and he could give you the information on adding it to their list serve. Dr. Bell is connected with NFB, so that one is covered. AER's website is www.aerbvi.org <http://www.aerbvi.org> . There is a link called 'Job Exchange'. The 'Post a Job' link on that page tells you what is required to place an ad. I went to ACB's website www.acb.org <http://www.acb.org> and I can't see a place to post the position. If you need me to contact Linda Lyle for assistance, let me know. Thanks, Robin Director LIMC 2888 Brightside Lane Baton Rouge, La 70820 Phone: 225-757-3477 Fax: 225-757-3479
