Dear Structured Discovery Professional: The new Code of Conduct of the National Blindness Professional Certification Board is now live on our web page. Every certified professional will need to read, understand, and agree to abide by this code of conduct. Once you have read through the code there is a link for you to sign off on your agreement to abide by this code. Once you sign the agreement form, our office receives an electronic copy of that agreement and it will be saved in your certification files. Every new certificate will sign this code at the time of initial certification and again every five years at the time of recertification so long as you maintain your certification. Please note: If you are up for recertification in 2020 or 2021 you will be receiving this same information in your recertification email. Please only sign the agreement form once. You do not need to do it here as you will be required to as part of the recertification registration form. The code itself is here: https://www.nbpcb.org/pages/code-of-conduct.php If you are not certifying or recertifying this year, then you need to locate the link after the code which says "sign agreement form here" and complete that agreement in order to remain in good standing with our organization. For any questions, please email admin at nbpcb.org <mailto:admin at nbpcb.org> NBPCB Office Verify the status of any of our certificants <https://nbpcb.org/pages/lookup.php> here.
