Dear NOMC, You will remember that I talked about the Orientation and Mobility Specialists Association (OMSA) which is a new membership organization of mobility instructors that has been formed. As I mentioned at that time, as part of the bi-laws for the organization, at least two members of the association will hold NOMC. In order for this to occur, however, NOMC need to be interested in participating in this association. I am pasting here the link to the web page where you can register to be a member of this association. Membership dues are $50 annually. I am bringing this to your attention now because so far, very few NOMC individuals have joined the association and the initial meeting to select the first set of board members will be occurring soon.
