He has no behavioral issues. The core of the support team will be an O&M Specialist who has experience with visual training therapy and speech therapy. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in physical therapy, athletic training, and be able to teach skills which facilitate independence and advance education. The candidate must have a peaceful, youthful demeanor and be looking for a long-term position. The candidate must be willing to locate to wherever the son needs to be and must be able to relocate again to accompany the son who is currently applying for college. In addition, the candidate can expect a good amount of travel beyond the home or college base. Family is aware that excellent candidates for the position may not possess all of the skills and experience noted in description above.
