Dear Colleagues, The linked article that follows appears to represent a barrage of articles currently in circulation amounting to a wholesale legislative assault on the Americans with Disabilities Act. It seems the momentum is on their side unless some of the assertions can be challenged with data based evidence. While I'm the farthest from a researcher, the article made claims that were unsubstantiated or without proper references. I am also unfamiliar with the source so perhaps it lends itself to such bombast but I think it speaks the loudest under the current political climate.
