[Nomc] Question about a device called a"Around the Neck SpotLig"ht

Have any of you folks heard of this device, "Around the Neck Spotlight," and if so, what is your opinion of it? Is this something that we should be open to, or does it create an ethical issue? Thanks, Jeff
