Hello to all my N.O.M.C. Family, I just had Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery a week ago. The surgeon performed a Destructive Thermal Ablation, where they go in with the laser, and destroy the nerves which have been sending pain signals to my brain 24 7, for too long!!! Although my spirit is willing, the doctors don?t want me taking trips outside California, unless I need to go to Arizona, where I had the surgery. They don?t suggest longer trips because they tell me the area where the work was done is still inflamed. They?re not going to prevent me from taking my family and a small group out to eat, where I will with thanks and gladness pay for their food, and give them presents, as I only ask for their presence, (smile). I am signing off for now, as I am tired?not a bad tired because I?ve been up and active. Rather, it?s just around where the surgery was. Take care.
