Greetings, We hope this message finds all of you well and hopeful for a productive and fulfilling 2022! The purpose of this message is to ask each of you to respond with ideas that you would like NBPCB to offer as opportunities for continuing education. We want to provide topics that are relevant for your current work environment and that would advance your knowledge and understanding of issues that impact rehabilitation professionals. Areas can include, but are certainly not limited to, ethic decision-making, diversity and cultural awareness, sexual harassment, conducting and publishing research in our field, disability legislation, principles of case management, negotiation and conflict resolution strategies, community resources, client advocacy, working with teams across disciplines, healthcare, medical aspects and implications of various disabilities, and attitudinal barriers of people with disabilities. Our goal is to provide a virtual training session in a few weeks and then again in the fall. We will also use any input that you provide when planning for our in-person national conference this summer. Please send all suggestions and questions to admin at nbpcb.org <mailto:admin at nbpcb.org> .
