
Justin, By this point in our history, it should not take legislation to urge acceptance of NOMC, as it is pure discrimination at this point. It seems like it is merely an HR policy that is out dated and needs revising. Attached is the Louisiana O&M rule on licensure, and this has now been on our books for about 14 years. Edward C.
