Hi everyone, Attached is a posting for a vocational rehabilitation counselor position at the NJ Commission for the Blind's Joseph Kohn Training Center. The center is located in New Brunswick, NJ, and as someone who lives in the town next to it, I can say it's a very walkable area full of mass transit, restaurants, shopping, and parks. The center itself is preparing to reopen for in-person instruction and is in the process of hiring for multiple positions (I put in a transfer to work here as a cane travel instructor), so now is a great time to get involved with the center and make some positive change there. The acting director (who may very well become permanent) is blind and seems to be open to improving its policies and philosophies. Plus, the high salary never hurt either. If y'all have questions about this position, feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to answer. Thanks, Carley Mullin, NOMC, NCRTB
