I’m excited to share a rewarding career opportunity with the State of Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services (ADS). We are currently hiring for an Education Consultant 1 within the Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind (BESB).
This role is a meaningful opportunity for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting the education and independence of students who are blind, visually impaired, or have multiple impairments. The BESB team is deeply mission-driven, working with children, families, and schools across the state to provide accessible instruction, resources, and advocacy.
We are currently hiring for one position in Tolland and anticipating a vacancy in Suffield. These roles are full-time, hybrid positions with statewide travel, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM.
